BOYFRIEND OF FILIPINA OFW IN SAUDI ASKED FOR HELP TO RESCUE HIS GIRLFRIEND

Another Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) seek the help of veteran public service announcer Raffy Tulfo to rescue her from the hands of her abusive employer.

Michael, the boyfriend of Jean Ramos a Filipinas domestic helper based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia went to Tulfo’s program with video footage evidence showing the abuse done by his girlfriend’s male employer.

In the video, the Filipina domestic helper was seen sitting inside her bedroom while the male employer approached him and showed off his private part.

Jean tried to cover herself and refuse the sexual assault but the offender keeps on hugging her preventing her to escape from the situation.

According to Michael, Jean started to tell him about her terrible situation on February 1, 2018, and the abuse already happened 3 times.

Jean has not yet confronted her female employer about the abuse out of fear that she will also make her suffer instead of rescuing from her abusive husband.

Michael tried to contact Jean’s agency but their number is out of reach. When he called the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO), a certain Manny Mortilla asked him to contact the one handling Jean’s case, in short, he never helped Michael at all.

The program then seeks the help of Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) through the help of Miss Marissa Cruz OWWA’s Advocacy and Social Marketing Division Supervisor who promised to take action and immediately rescue Jean and assist her through her repatriation.
